Job summary

KEEN Footwear seeks a Senior Demand Planner to own demand analytics and forecast direction across assigned categories and regions as part of the S&OP process. You will prepare pre-season and in-season forecasts incorporating trends from sales, merchandising, marketing, finance, and BI data.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to present analytics, drive forecast improvements, and mentor junior planners while ensuring optimal inventory levels and international/domestic travel up to 10%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in SCM, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum five years in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, analytics, or related fields.
• Broad understanding of apparel/footwear industry and wholesale marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Supports the S&OP process with stakeholders through historical performance analysis.
• Drives demand planning process improvements to improve forecast accuracy.
• Collaborates with executives, planning, merchandising and other groups to refine forecasts and assess risks/opportunities.
• Summarizes and presents data in forecast meetings to align decisions on forecast direction and inventory.
• Participates in cross-functional analytics and improvement projects.
• Reviews inventory and ATS levels and develops inventory flow models to support service goals.
