This role supports S&OP, presenting insights to guide inventory decisions and forecast direction. The ideal candidate will mentor junior staff and drive forecast accuracy improvements.

Hybrid work arrangement with an expected on-site presence in Portland four days per week and travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Excel and SQL expertise with strong MS Office skills.
• ERP experience; SAP preferred.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Supports S&OP with stakeholders using historical performance analysis.
• Improves demand planning analytics and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborates to refine forecasts, assess risks & opportunities.
• Summarizes data for forecast meetings and aligns decisions.
• Leads cross-functional analytics and continuous improvement projects.
• Reviews inventory/ATS and builds flow models for service goals.
• Analyzes demand plans and trends; adjusts forecasts accordingly.
• Develops inventory strategies and monitors obsolete stock.
