Job summary

Niterra North America Inc. is seeking a Forecast Analyst to drive monthly SKU and customer-level demand forecasts and improve forecast accuracy.

You will serve as the SAP technical power user and collaborate with sales, supply chain, and leadership to report performance and projections. The ideal candidate has strong demand planning expertise, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• 3+ years in demand planning/forecasting using SAP or similar planning systems.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct complex demand simulations and apply analytics to forecast KPIs.
• Ability to manage, update, and maintain large databases and reporting tools.
• Experience interfacing with demand stakeholders and leading S&OP processes.
• APICS/IBF or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SAP technical power user and database resource for product lines.
• Facilitate monthly SKU/customer-level demand forecasts and drive accuracy improvements.
• Meet KPIs including forecast accuracy at customer/product level.
• Monitor weekly sales volume for oversells and report accordingly.
• Lead monthly demand S&OP meetings and present outputs to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to policies including J-SOX and IATF-16949.
