Job summary

Ardagh Group seeks a Demand Planner to create and maintain statistical forecasts, improving accuracy and reducing bias. You will coordinate between commercial and production planning to secure consensus and drive efficient inventory management.

This role partners with sales, production, and finance, and requires strong analytical skills, collaboration, and proficiency with planning tools. Hybrid work arrangements and comprehensive benefits support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in demand planning or related field.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and collaboration.
• Strong forecasting methods, risk assessment, and bias reduction.

Responsibilities

• Support IBP, S&OP, and S&OE processes.
• Create monthly statistical baseline demand plan (0–36 months, up to 5 years).
• Understand changes in the demand plan and provide insights.
• Engage with account managers on commercial developments.
• Capture trends from all segments monthly.
• Guide forecast variation to maximize accuracy.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning Manager on process improvements.
• Reconcile forecasts to a consensus view.
• Lead forecast reviews with sales leadership.
• Support customer collaboration projects.
