Qualifications

• Experience forecasting and demand planning; SAP and Anaplan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an unconstrained demand plan for 12–18 months.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Projects, Product Management, and customers.
• Improve forecast accuracy and participate in S&OP processes.
• Analyze market trends and demand drivers to identify improvements.
• Incorporate new product launches and platform changes into the plan.
• Monitor inventory and support portfolio segmentation and SKU rationalization.
• Analyze forecast variances and drive continuous improvement in planning.
