Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market seeks a Sr. Demand Planner to align forecasts with Category Management and Merchandise Planning. You’ll use Relex to manage parameters and exceptions, and work with the Business System Administrator on system improvements to boost accuracy.

The role drives replenishment orders for DCs, logistics, and stores. The position is located at our Store Support Office in Phoenix and operates on a hybrid schedule (in office Tuesday-Thursday).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in produce/merchandising.
• Strong forecasting and data analysis skills, with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Experience with Relex or similar demand planning tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Refine and develop item forecasts for assigned categories to improve forecast accuracy.
• Manage system exceptions daily to maximize fill rates and freshness.
• Collaborate with DC Inventory Management and Merchandise Planning to align forecasts with store orders and promotional plans.
• Support continuous improvement of forecasting processes and tools to drive efficiency.
