Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Replenishment Analyst II to manage inventory flow from vendors into distribution centers for assigned items. You will work with the Replenishment Manager, Demand Planning, Category Management, and vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective replenishment that meets store fill-rate, in-stock, and margin goals.

You will oversee ordering parameters, monitor system exceptions, and partner with logistics to optimize routes while keeping freshness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5+ years in produce buying.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to supervise personnel effectively.
• Ability to preserve confidentiality of information.
• Sense of urgency with prioritization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Experience with Relex or similar Inventory Management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages ordering parameters to meet KPI goals (fill-rate, turn, freshness).
• Daily management of system exceptions to maximize fill-rates and freshness.
• Works with Inbound logistics to develop cost-effective routes while maintaining freshness.
• Partners with the Demand Planner to improve forecast accuracy.
• Communicate known issues impacting KPI achievement.
• Create strategies with vendors to meet fill-rate, inventory, and freshness goals.
• Coordinate with Manager of Replenishment, Category Manager, and Planning Analysts.
• Drive continuous improvement ideas for systems and processes.
