Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Senior Manager of Perishable Replenishment in Phoenix to lead a team of demand planners and replenishment professionals. You will align forecasts with business goals, optimize inventory across perishables, and partner with Merchandising, Store Operations, and suppliers.

The role emphasizes leadership, talent development, and delivering strong in‑stock positions and product freshness while traveling as needed to support objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a minimum of ten (5) years of experience in produce buying.
• Ability to successfully manage concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to supervise personnel effectively.
• Ability to preserve confidentiality of information.
• Sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Demand Planners, Sr. Replenishment Analysts, and Replenishment Analysts to achieve goals.
• Partner with Category Managers and Merchandise Planning to align forecasts with objectives.
• Collaborate with vendors to address fill rate and on-time delivery expectations.
• Drive continuous improvements in tools, processes, and training based on team feedback.
• Promote Sprouts' core values and develop cross-functional partnerships.
