Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager of Perishable Replenishment in Phoenix for a hybrid role (in office Tue-Thu).

You will oversee replenishment, forecasting, inventory management, and team development for perishable categories, ensuring optimal stock, freshness, and in-stock positions from suppliers to stores. You will lead Demand Planners and Replenishment Analysts, partnering with Merchandising and Distribution Centers to drive fill rates, inventory turns, and shrink

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in produce buying or a related field.
• Ability to supervise personnel effectively and manage multiple projects.
• Strong confidentiality and sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Demand Planners and Replenishment Analysts to meet sales and inventory goals.
• Partner with Category Managers and Merchandising to align forecasts with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Vendor teams to address supplier performance and delivery expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement in replenishment tools and processes and provide coaching to staff.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences and participate in leadership discussions.
