The role requires a Bachelor's in Statistics/Mathematics/Supply Chain with 3+ years of forecasting experience; APICS certification preferred; familiarity with ERP planning (BW, SAP, APO); strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills to influence divisional demand and S&OP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3+ years of statistical forecasting and supply chain experience.
• Professional certification preferred (e.g.; APICS).
• Experience with statistical forecasting and model development.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution and customer service.
• Strong written, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide optimization of costs and service in support of profitability plans.
• Develop robust statistical models and processes for long-range plans.
• Develop demand plans at division, product, and location levels.
• Conduct trend analysis and facilitate consensus with marketing and sales.
• Facilitate demand review and support S&OP decks.
• Analyze divisional demand plans with Finance, Marketing and Sales; ensure alignment with strategic plans.
