Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demand and Supply Coordination with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with capabilities.
• Process Optimization of planning processes including forecasting, inventory, production, distribution.
• Data Analysis of historical data, market trends, and customer behavior to optimize planning.
• Partner with Inventory Manager to optimize levels and costs.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans for supplier, transportation or event disruptions.
• Evaluate and implement planning software and technologies for visibility and efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, procurement and logistics to align goals.
• Establish a high-performance culture with clear targets and continuous learning.
• Manage 21+ month forecast and demand plan across multiple levels and horizons.
• Promote objective conflict resolution prioritizing organizational goals during consensus building.
• Develop talent and career growth within the team.
• Participate in industry forums and share best practices with the team.
