Eastman Chemical Company seeks a Demand Manager to drive the monthly planning and forecasting process. You will integrate inputs from Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance to produce an optimized demand plan and actionable insights using Power BI.

The role emphasizes data integrity, scenario planning, and IBP facilitation, with a focus on long-term strategy and short-term tactical updates to the demand plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Supply Chain, Finance or Engineering is required.
• Master’s degree will be considered (MBA or Statistics preferred).
• Experience with forecast systems (OMP preferred, SAP, Logility, JDA).
• Demand forecasting – short-term sensing and long-range plans.

Responsabilités

• Create an unconstrained consensus demand plan using inputs (statistical, sales, customer, marketing, product).
• Optimize statistical forecast for relevant products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance to gather data.
• Use Power BI to visualize data and support decisions.
• Document assumptions and risks with probability assessments.
