Job summary

Saint-Gobain seeks a Demand Planning Analyst in Malvern, PA to support demand planning and sales forecasting for the SPG. You will collaborate with Senior Demand Planner to generate consensus forecasts and disaggregate to SKU/plant level inside SAP APO Demand Planning and ECC.

You will develop forecasts at multiple levels, analyze drivers with Power BI, and contribute to the S&OP process. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to influence planning through data visualization and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, information systems, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years in a supply chain environment focused on demand planning.
Proficiency in statistics, forecasting, and analysis.
Strong analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation.
Assist Senior Demand Planner with monthly collaborative consensus forecast meetings with sales, product management, finance.
Maintain baseline / statistical forecasts, collect forecast drivers and highlight changes for stakeholders.
Review historical sales trends, develop forecast data, and evaluate forecast results.
Track Forecast KPI’s including bias, accuracy and forecast value add.
