Job summary

CertainTeed, a Malvern, PA company and subsidiary of Saint-Gobain, seeks an S&OP Manager for the Commercial Building & Infrastructure group. You will lead the monthly S&OP cycle, coordinate demand forecasting, and optimize plant utilization across US and international markets.

You’ll drive consensus planning, oversee executive reviews, and mentor demand planning analysts while leveraging SAP and Logility to improve forecast accuracy and inventory strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Information Systems with 8+ years of experience in MRP, forecast development.
• Master's degree or MBA and/or APICS certification preferred.
• Ability to lead and drive innovation and change across the organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing and analytical skills.
• Expert ERP aptitude with experience in SAP; demand planning software experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Sales and Operations Planning process.
• Leads monthly senior management committee reviews.
• Decides on best mid-term forecast with input from sales, history, and market indicators.
• Executes yearly production build process with Operations, Product Mgmt, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Leads long-range budget planning and capacity guidance.
• Develops finished goods demand forecasts at multiple aggregation levels.
• Reviews historical trends and builds statistical forecast models.
• Coordinates cross-functional research to refine forecast models.
• Maintains Demand Planning software as the forecasting tool.
• Contributes to inventory strategies for existing and new products.
