Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate monthly demand review meetings with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Cleanse historical data and apply forecasting models to generate mid‑to‑long‑term demand plans.
• Adjust forecasts based on market dynamics and lifecycle changes (NPI, end‑of‑life).
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Product Management, and Operations to validate planning assumptions and drive consensus.
• Monitor forecast performance using MAPE and Bias and implement improvements.
