Job summary

Saint-Gobain, parent of CertainTeed Interior Product Group, seeks a Demand Planning Analyst to forecast demand, analyze market trends, and support distribution planning in Malvern, PA. This On Site role partners with sales, marketing and supply chain to deliver accurate forecasts and data-driven insights that improve service levels and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-4 years of experience in demand planning, with proficiency in SAP,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, IT, Marketing or Logistics.
• 2-4 years in demand planning or related field.
• Experience with SAP, MRP/DRP, and forecasting preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data handling for large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting and planning using Logility and historical data.
• Consolidate sales and market data to support S&OP and distribution planning.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align forecasts.
• Monitor forecast performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop commercial pipelines using CRM, AI insights, and planning methods.
• Support distribution planning to optimize inventory and service levels.
• Provide reporting and analytics for decision making and market response.
• Drive process standardization and automation to improve planning efficiency.
