Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group seeks a Senior Demand Planner to lead demand and supply planning and drive process improvements across the planning organization. You will apply analytical skills and SAP planning expertise to forecast accurately and optimize inventory.

The role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations to deliver reliable forecasts, manage MRP execution, and enhance reporting capabilities using Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in Demand/ Supply Planning or related areas.
• Strong SAP experience including planning, inventory and MRP processes.
• Experience managing planning tools in manufacturing, distribution or supply chain environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts across multiple business levels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project, Product, Finance, Warehouse and Operations teams to align forecasts.
• Manage inventory health metrics, safety stock strategies, and replenishment parameters.
