Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Demand Planner to own inventory from creation to sale. You will forecast at SKU and distribution center levels and ensure alignment with sales objectives across distribution centers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand planning, forecasting, and sales planning within retail, manufacturing, or CPG.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, SCM, Economics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience setting up ERP, MRP, WMS, and QMS systems.
• Advanced Excel with experience using Tableau, Power BI, Omni, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine short-term and long-term demand forecasts at SKU, customer, and sales channel levels; develop actionable strategies.
• Monitor forecast and inventory accuracy, explain variances, and improve forecasting processes.
• Oversee the weekly production scheduling.
• Use historical data to predict future demand and adjust for promotions/seasonality shifts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Supply Chain to align forecasts with brand strategies.
• Incorporate customer insights, promotions, and product launches into demand plans.
• Support new product introductions by forecasting initial demand and tracking post-launch performance.
