Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 3–5 years experience in aftermarket environment.
• Experience in forecasting and demand planning.
• Demonstrated professional communication skills.
• Success with data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Power BI.
• Efficient time management and organizational skills.
• Legal right to work in the United States on an indefinite basis without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting support and demand planning with direct customers.
• Consolidate customer-level parts forecasts and ensure ownership by PSSRs or Service Teams.
• Create monthly, weekly, and quarterly progress reports and KPI performance updates.
• Lead service-level improvement initiatives with Logistics and Product Portfolio.
• Define inventory levels based on fleet size and aging.
• Support product launches and product phase-outs.
