Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist to optimize the forecast and improve end-to-end supply chain performance.

The role requires strong analytics, BI tooling proficiency, and collaboration across functions to drive integrated planning and performance improvements. You will analyze demand trends, develop KPIs, and support cross-functional planning discussions to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in Demand Planning or related field
• Associate’s degree with 5+ years in Demand Planning or related field
• High school diploma with 7+ years in Demand Planning or related field
• Experience with data analysis and integrated business planning (IBP)

Responsabilités

• Analyze historical sales, shipments, forecast and market data to support demand forecasts.
• Evaluate forecast accuracy and bias to diagnose performance gaps.
• Support formal IBP routines with forecast performance insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on actions.
• Audit and refine dashboards and planning insights to improve forecast quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve demand planning processes and training.
