Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in a related field (BA/BS).
• 8+ years in Production Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Experience managing people is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• MS Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint and SAS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentoring for a team of Demand Planners and Supply Planners.
• Drive plans to achieve customer service, working capital, and forecast accuracy targets.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance for one-number forecast alignment.
• Partner with procurement, production, and technical teams on supply plan opportunities.
• Lead standardization and act as a change agent for demand and supply planning.
