The role drives forecast governance, cross-functional alignment, SKU portfolio optimization, and the adoption of demand planning technologies to improve visibility, scalability, and decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Food Science, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting in food/CPG industries.
• Experience with demand planning software and ERP systems; involvement in system implementations or planning tech deployments.
• Strong understanding of food supply chain dynamics including shelf life and cold chain.
• Proven track record of improving forecast accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts for food products across categories and channels.
• Partner with Sales and customer-facing teams to understand demand drivers and improve forecast accountability.
• Establish forecast governance and cross-functional alignment toward formal S&OP processes.
• Identify forecast risks and facilitate cross-functional action and decision-making.
