Job summary

the ASSURANCE group is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to own end-to-end demand forecasting across D2C and wholesale channels. You will translate market signals, promotional calendars, and retailer data into accurate forecasts to keep supply lean and customers stocked.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to connect commercial plans with inventory decisions, lead S&OP cycles, and monitor KPI trends across channels.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of demand planning or supply chain planning experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system.
• Proficient in Shopify analytics and major retail channels.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, forecasting methods, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Build SKU-level demand forecasts across D2C and wholesale channels with an 18–24 month horizon.
• Lead the monthly S&OP/demand review process with cross-functional leadership.
• Quantify demand impact of launches, promotions, and campaigns with Marketing/Brand teams.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning to align production schedules and safety-stock targets.
• Monitor sell-through, weeks-of-supply, and fill-rate KPIs.
• Manage demand inputs in NetSuite and maintain data integrity and metrics.
• Analyze POS and marketplace data to refine channel forecasts.
• Support new product introductions with launch forecasts and retailer data.
• Convert the volume plan into a revenue forecast including discounts and margins.
