The Demand Planner is responsible for developing accurate mid‑to‑long‑term demand forecasts to support the manufacturing planning process. This role will lead cross‑functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and S&OP teams to ensure a reliable and responsive forecast aligned with business objectives and Market Intelligence.

What you will do

• Organize and facilitate monthly demand review meetings, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, and S&OP stakeholders
• Cleanse historical sales data and apply statistical forecasting models to generate reliable mid‑to‑long‑term demand plans and collaborate with Sales for inputs on future projects and potential demand changes
• Adjust forecasts based on market dynamics, sales opportunities, and product lifecycle changes (NPI, End‑of‑Life)
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Product Management, and Operations to validate planning assumptions and drive consensus
• Monitor forecast performance using key metrics (MAPE, Bias) and implement improvements to enhance planning effectiveness

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or S&OP in a manufacturing environment
• Experience using forecasting tools, ERP (SAP preferred), and advanced Excel skills required
• Expert‑level PowerPoint skills with experience developing executive‑ready presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
