Humacyte Inc is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to evaluate future demand for raw materials and finished goods using internal and external data. You will forecast inventory, capacity, and purchases and communicate priorities to vendors to meet forecasts and contractual obligations.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing and Product Development to align material usage, forecast accuracy, and supply plans, driving improvements in forecasting processes within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related job experience in demand planning/forecasting.
• 2–3 years of experience in Healthcare / Life Sciences preferred.
• Proficiency in statistics, forecasting methods and their business impact.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP or similar planning software preferred.

Responsabilités

• Creates statistical forecasts using data from internal and external customers and validates models.
• Develops finished goods and raw materials forecasts for monthly/yearly horizons.
• Measures forecast accuracy and applies methods to improve demand planning.
• Facilitates collaborative planning (S&OP) with stakeholders and prepares material for discussions.
• Prepares and communicates KPIs to management (capacity, purchases, inventory).
• Forecasts warehouse capacity with supply planning to address gaps ahead of time.
• Leads monthly collaborative planning meetings with suppliers and internal customers.
• Develops SOPs for Demand Planning processes and supports inventory strategies.
