Job summary

Humacyte Inc. is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to analyze demand cycles for raw materials and finished goods. You will forecast inventory, capacity, and purchases, and align with internal and external stakeholders to meet forecasted obligations.

You will drive monthly vendor and internal demand meetings, develop KPI reporting, and contribute to ERP-based SOPs. This role requires strong analytics, communication, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related job experience.
• 5+ years in demand planning and forecasting preferred.
• Healthcare/Life Sciences experience preferred.
• Strong statistics and forecasting knowledge with business impact.

Responsibilities

• Creates statistical forecasts from data analysis and stakeholder input.
• Develops finished goods and raw materials forecasts for horizons.
• Measures forecast accuracy and improves methods.
• Facilitates consensus with stakeholders (S&OP) and prepares materials.
• Prepares and communicates KPIs to management.
• Forecasts warehouse capacity and addresses gaps proactively.
• Drives monthly planning meetings with suppliers and internal customers.
• Collaborates on ERP processes and SOPs related to demand planning.
• Develops inventory strategies for existing and new items.
• Other duties as assigned.
