Job summary

OLIPOP, a nationwide beverage company with a remote-first culture, seeks a Forecast Ownership expert to build, validate, and publish monthly demand forecasts in Anaplan, including baseline, promotional lift, and launch ramps.

You will review statistical baselines, apply documented overrides, and track forecast accuracy, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Supply Planning to optimize inventory and allocations. This role emphasizes data integrity and clear stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Build, validate, and publish monthly demand forecasts in Anaplan, including baseline, promotional lift, and launch ramps.
• Review statistical baseline, apply overrides with documented reasoning, and maintain override discipline.
• Track forecast accuracy and bias, root-cause misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Represent portfolio in consensus and S&OP, presenting changes and drivers to stakeholders.
• Challenge assumptions from Sales and Finance, reflecting them with documented rationale.
• Partner with Supply Planning on inventory, weeks of supply, and allocation decisions.
• Participate in Anaplan implementation, including UAT, data validation, and migrating off Excel.
• Partner with Demand Planning Analyst on master data accuracy and reporting.
• Adhere to demand review calendar and elevate data breaks.
