Job summary

A leading staffing solutions firm is seeking an experienced Anaplan Architect to design and optimize Anaplan solutions for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). In this mid-senior level role, you will lead architecture design, enhance forecasting accuracy, and train users on Anaplan functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in S&OP processes and Anaplan model building, with preferred certification as Anaplan Level 3 Model Builder or Master Anaplanner.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Anaplan Architect with a strong background in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to design, implement, and optimize Anaplan solutions that drive forecasting, demand planning, and supply planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of Anaplan models for S&OP and related planning processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions.
• Develop and maintain Anaplan models, dashboards, and workflows for demand, supply, and inventory planning.
• Partner with business stakeholders to enhance forecasting accuracy, scenario planning, and decision-making.
• Optimize data integration between Anaplan and ERP/BI systems.
• Implement best practices for model governance, performance, and security.
• Train and mentor model builders and business users on Anaplan functionality and processes.
• Support change management and solution adoption across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect or similar role.
• Deep expertise in S&OP processes (demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, scenario planning).
• Strong knowledge of Anaplan model building, data hubs, ALM, and Connected Planning.
• Experience with data integration tools (ETL) and understanding of ERP systems.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Anaplan Level 3 Model Builder or Master Anaplanner certification preferred.
