Qualifications

• Planning Platform: Anaplan
• ERP System: NetSuite experience required
• Data Analysis: Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups
• Presentation Skills: Proficiency with PowerPoint for leadership-facing materials

Responsibilities

• Forecast ownership: build and publish monthly demand forecast in Anaplan for assigned portfolios
• Review baseline and apply overrides with rationale; maintain override discipline
• Create scenario versions for risk, opportunity, promotions, and pricing changes
• Own forecast accuracy and bias; provide root-cause analyses and corrective actions
• Build launch forecasts for new items using historical analogs and marketing plans; track ramp performance
• Represent portfolio in consensus and S&OP with Sales, Finance and RBM
• Challenge assumptions on promotions, launches, distributions, and pricing with documented rationale
• Coordinate with Supply Planning on inventory, weeks of supply, and allocation decisions
• Analyze retailer and channel trends using internal and syndicated data
