Job summary

Philips is seeking a Demand Planner in Stamford, CT to lead end-to-end demand planning, forecast accuracy, and inventory optimization. You will work with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align demand with business objectives and implement advanced analytics to improve forecasting.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in demand planning or related field and a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, forecasting or related field; Bachelor’s or 1+ year with Master’s in a relevant area.
• Ability to develop accurate, timely forecasts incorporating market dynamics and customer insights.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, supply chain to align demand and supply.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end demand planning process across product categories.
• Develop and refine demand planning models and tools; leverage analytics and machine learning where applicable.
• Analyze data and KPIs to identify risks, disruptions, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement of demand planning systems and practices; support talent management and leadership.
