Job summary

Philips is seeking a Demand Planner in Stamford, CT to lead end-to-end demand planning for Personal Health products. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain to align forecasts with business objectives and optimize inventory levels.

Responsibilities include developing forecasting models, applying analytics, and driving continuous improvement across the planning function. This office role requires strong data interpretation and stakeholder management across multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years with a Master’s in demand planning, supply chain, forecasting or related field.
• Experience supporting cross-functional demand planning processes.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics and demand planning software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand planning, developing forecasts across product categories.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and supply chain to drive consensus and align demand plans.
• Develop and refine demand planning models, leveraging analytics to improve forecast accuracy.
• Analyze data and KPI trends to identify risks and opportunities for inventory and operations.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and talent development in demand planning.
