Job summary

Philips Stamford, CT is seeking a Demand Planner to lead the end-to-end demand planning process across Personal Health products. You will forecast demand, integrate market insights, and align supply with demand to support business planning cycles.

You will work with sales, marketing and supply chain to refine models, leverage analytics, and drive inventory optimization. This role requires collaboration, analytical rigor, and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 1+ year with a Master’s degree in demand planning, supply chain management, forecasting, business planning, or related field.
• Strong skills in demand forecasting, data analysis, and inventory management.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the end-to-end demand planning process and develop accurate, timely forecasts across product categories.
• Partner with sales, marketing, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to drive consensus and align supply and demand.
• Develop and refine demand planning models and tools; use advanced analytics and ML to improve forecast accuracy.
• Identify risks and opportunities from data trends and drive continuous improvement in demand planning.
