Philips seeks a Demand Planner in Stamford, CT to lead the end-to-end demand planning process across assigned product categories. You will develop forecasts, analyze market trends, and collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and other functions to align demand with supply and drive business performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant area.
• Experience with data analysis and forecasting tools.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and supply chain.

Responsabilités

• Lead and optimize end-to-end demand planning, developing forecasts that reflect market dynamics and business objectives.
• Partner with sales, marketing, supply chain to drive consensus and align demand and supply.
• Develop and refine demand planning models and analytical frameworks using advanced analytics and ML.
• Analyze data and KPI trends to identify risks and opportunities and implement improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of demand planning systems and best practices.
