Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) in Nashua, NH, is seeking a Customer Demand Manager to join our High Speed Backplane team. You will own demand planning activities, forecast accuracy, and alignment with internal capacity to maximize revenue and efficiency.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Finance to provide data-driven insights and drive improvements in forecasting, backlog, and inventory planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, customer demand management, or related roles.
• Experience in connectors, electronics, manufacturing, or related industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage customer demand planning activities including forecasting, backlog analysis, and demand reviews.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate customer forecasts, purchase orders, and backlog data.
• Analyze historical demand, market trends, and forecasts to develop accurate projections.
• Improve forecast accuracy by identifying bias, variability, and gaps between forecasts and orders.
• Maintain demand planning databases, reports, and dashboards with accurate data.
• Align forecasts with internal supply, inventory, and production capacity.
• Partner with Operations to support capacity planning, material planning, and inventory management.
• Identify risks and opportunities related to demand fluctuations and market changes.
