Qualifications

• BS Degree in Marketing, Business, or related area.
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, Planning or Finance.
• 1+ years of experience working in an electronic components manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Advanced PC skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; working ability with V-lookups and Pivot Tables.
• Ability to travel as needed, up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• This role will manage several key OEM/ODM customers worldwide within the High Speed Cable Backplane Business (CBS).
• You will focus on customer advocacy, driving clear communication between customers and internal teams, and supporting Product Managers, Project Management, and others.
• Responsibilities include handling delivery, quality, inventory, and demand issues in an international, time-sensitive environment.
