Job summary

Glo Skin Beauty seeks a Demand Planner in Denver, CO to own demand and supply planning from forecast to purchase recommendations for finished goods and components. Build SKU-level forecasts by channel, translate forecasts into supply plans, and manage inventory targets across locations.

You will collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce, and Operations, support the S&OP process with scenarios, and help ensure in-stock product while optimizing cash and obsolescence risk.

Qualifications

• Planning experience in demand or supply planning for consumer products; beauty or CPG with lot and expiry tracking preferred.
• Analytical forecasting methods knowledge and ERP data handling.
• Inventory strategy experience across multiple locations and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Demand planning and forecasting: build SKU-level rolling forecast by channel.
• Supply planning: translate forecast into finished-goods plan accounting for lead times and MOQs.
• Inventory management: set targets, safety stock, and reorder points across locations.
• S&OP support: prepare inputs and scenarios for monthly review.
