Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Planning, Demand Planning, or Inventory Planning within Beauty, Prestige Cosmetics, or Luxury CPG.
• Direct experience managing Sephora (or key prestige beauty retailers) across multi-category portfolios (Fragrance, Makeup, Skincare).
• Proven track record in SKU-level forecasting, EDI order management, and managing retailer inventory portals.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex lookups, modeling).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP), EDI platforms, and Sephora vendor portals.

Aufgaben

• Own rolling SKU-level sell-in and demand forecasts across Sephora doors and Sephora.com for Fragrances, Makeup, and Skincare.
• Align annual, monthly, and weekly retail sales plans with KAMs, Sales Leadership, and Sephora Planners to build strategic action plans.
• Develop launch forecasts, initial pipeline estimates, and expansion builds with Sephora promo calendars and digital support.
• Provide monthly gross shipping projections, analyzing historical sell-through, rate of sale by door tier, and sub-category performance.
