Sanofi is seeking a Senior Demand Lead in Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ to own market-level IBP processes and align stakeholders on a single strategic plan with data-driven scenarios.

You will partner with Demand Planners, BU finance, regulatory, and quality teams to ensure accurate demand forecasts, inventory planning, and timely launches, while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in the supply chain / manufacturing industry.
• English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the market-level IBP process for selected franchises and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Demand Leads, Demand Planners, BUs, Finance, Regulatory, Quality and production planners to align data and scenarios.
• Ensure lean, effective planning cycles with Demand Planners and Leads.
• Coordinate product launches, regulatory and commercial topics within planning tools and master data.
• Oversee the monthly IBP steps: portfolio management, demand review, supply review, reconciliation, MBR.
• Act as IBP ambassador and engage global Product Leaders and GBU Supply Chain.
