The position is based in Frisco, TX, onsite five days a week, with exposure to SLDC processes and a broad portfolio. Compensation includes a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in direct customer facing roles (e.g. customer partner, delivery partner, project manager).
• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams.
• 5+ years of management experience, specifically managing 20+ employees.
• Sound knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, managed platforms, IT services, technology vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery teams to ensure customer success and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Business Architects, Software Developers, and Software Architects within the DMV account portfolio.
• Design, deploy, and maintain reliable, available, and future-proof systems and services aligned with customer needs.
