Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in application development and deployment.
• 5+ years in application migration and modernization.
• 5+ years in application architecture, middleware and data experience.
• Knowledge of BI, databases, programming fundamentals, SQL, hardware/ software, OS and networking.
• Strong technical acumen in Agile Methods, Service Architecture and cloud integration.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and document specifications using BA methodologies.
• Create use cases, trace requirements and visualize process flows.
• Translate requirements into functional and non-functional specs for modernization.
• Guide customers through selection and customization of packaged solutions.
• Collaborate with application architects and development staff to plan design and implementation.
• Consult on compatibility, data conversion and training needs; ensure budgets and timelines are met.
• Assist customers in choosing between multiple applications and drive decision making.
