Job summary

Premier America Credit Union is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, EPMO to plan, manage, and deliver multiple medium-to-large projects enterprise-wide. You will ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality while prioritizing member experience.

You will drive Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery, mentor teams, and report to senior leadership. Key responsibilities include managing 4–5 concurrent projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and improving processes with Jira/Confluence and MS Project.

Qualifications

6–8 years of project or program management experience.
Experience delivering enterprise-wide initiatives in financial services.
PMI-PMP/PMI-ACP and CSM or equivalent certifications.
Proficient with Jira/Confluence and MS Project.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects with defined scope, milestones, and success criteria.
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies based on risk and complexity for 4–5 concurrent projects.
Facilitate sprints, ceremonies, backlog management in Jira, and remove impediments.
Manage change control, resources, and vendor coordination throughout lifecycles.
Identify risks and issues, escalating to protect timelines and budget.
Conduct project closures and capture lessons learned for ongoing improvement.
Support portfolio reporting and drive process automation improvements.
Report status to senior leadership using established metrics and tools.
Provide direction and mentoring to teams, promoting trust and accountability.
