Job summary

Alliant Credit Union is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support and coach Agile teams, empowering them with methods and tools to deliver quality work while continuously improving team performance. You will remove impediments, promote high-performance practices, and collaborate across teams to launch and optimize program- and portfolio-level efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years software development or related experience.
2+ years Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban or related).
In lieu of education: 8 years software development/Agile practices.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide visibility into delivery targets, commitments, progress and team data for maximum transparency.
Coach other teams to maximize ROI and meet PI objectives and milestones.
Identify upstream/downstream dependencies and support risk management; resolve impediments.
Participate in release planning (PI Planning, I&A, Scrum of Scrums) and provide team metrics.
Maintain alignment and reporting of team backlog items (stories/features) in Azure DevOps (ADO).
Improve value flow via DevOps practices and Release on Demand in the CD pipeline.
Collaborate with PMO on program execution and operational excellence.
Lead improvement via workshops in Inspect & Adapt ceremonies.
