Job summary

PCG (Project Consulting Group) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex projects from initiation to delivery. You will serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, providing structure, governance, and communication while ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are met.

You will partner with stakeholders at all levels to align strategy, manage risks, and deliver business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management with a track record of delivering large, complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with executive presence.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle management - from initiation, planning, execution, and monitoring, to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with client strategy.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Establish and manage governance, reporting, and communication frameworks.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate alignment between business and technical stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional project teams and vendors, ensuring accountability and collaboration.
• Track and report progress against KPIs, deliverables, and financials.
• Drive decision-making with executive sponsors and steering committees.
• Ensure project quality, compliance with standards, and timely delivery of business outcomes.
• Champion continuous improvement, lessons learned, and adoption of project management best practices.
