Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Estimate and secure resources (materials, personnel, vendor support) to achieve goals.
• Develop detailed project plans with internal costing, timelines and milestones.
• Engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor changes in scope with a risk management plan and adjust plans.
• Manage internal and external communications and distribute status reports.
• Develop and monitor project development budgets and ensure on-budget delivery.
