Job summary

Global InfoTek, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee delivery strategy, cross-team coordination, and end-to-end value stream across Agile teams supporting a GSA contract in Reston, VA.

The role focuses on strategic release management, ensuring secure and on-time delivery of integrated products. The successful candidate will align senior stakeholders, manage complex dependencies, and drive secure deployments with DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in multi-team delivery or enterprise release management.
• Experience interacting with and presenting to senior government stakeholders and PMO leadership.
• Deep understanding of scaling Agile frameworks (SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban) and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for integrating work across multiple Agile teams and external programs.
• Oversee end-to-end deployment pipelines and enterprise release schedules, ensuring MVPs and FOCs are delivered.
• Resolve multi-program resource contention and manage complex dependencies across the enterprise portfolio.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for senior government stakeholders regarding risk management and service delivery health.
• Establish and enforce overarching quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
• Monitor Agile metrics and delivery pipelines to identify bottlenecks and optimize the value stream.
• Translate high-level contract requirements into executable delivery roadmaps.
