Job summary

The successful candidate will lead Agile ceremonies, track budgets, maintain WBS and CDRL deliverables, and collaborate with development teams to drive tactical execution while ensuring compliance with project governance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in project management and agile delivery.
• Experience facilitating Scrum/Agile ceremonies and sprint cadences.
• Experience tracking budgets, schedules, and team deliverables.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Identify and clear day-to-day blockers that impede progress.
• Track budgets, maintain WBS, and ensure timely CDRL deliverables.
• Monitor and report agile metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity).
• Maintain tickets, workflows, and documentation in Jira/Confluence.
• Implement Agile practices tailored to sprint requirements.
• Communicate progress and issues to technical leads and stakeholders.
