Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (experience may substitute education)
• Experience in federal/defense contracting
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
• Excellent written and verbal communication to executives and government clients
• Hands-on Agile delivery (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe) and DevSecOps experience

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Government and Contractor through the life of the BPA or Call Orders.
• Manage full financial lifecycle: budgeting, forecasting, reporting on financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, subcontractor agreements, and policies.
• Develop staffing plans, labor mix strategies, and Master Schedules.
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Foster high-performance teams with clear direction and resources.
• Support proposal development and identify follow-on opportunities.
