Job summary

Leidos in Maryland is seeking a Journeyman-level Offensive Cyberspace Operational Planner to support USCYBERCOM J3 operations as part of an on-site contract.

You will develop and synchronize OCO plans, assist in targeting and execution, draft OPORDs/FRAGOs, and collaborate with Joint Operational Planning Groups to integrate cyberspace capabilities into national and defensive objectives.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph.
• BA/BS degree within Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or relevant field of study.
• 4+ years recent CO Planner experience; combat mission team experience may waive years.
• Familiarity with OCO concepts, capabilities, and authorities.
• Formal Cyber Operational Planner training within DoD or IC.
• Knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities and CO infrastructure.
• Familiar with Joint Publications and cyber operations topics.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and communications media.

Responsibilities

• Develop and synchronize Offensive Cyberspace Operational plans to deliver cyber effects.
• Support targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration during execution of CO activities.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans (OPLANs), Operational Orders (OPORDs), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs).
• Support Joint Operational Planning Groups and Teams and integrate cyberspace capabilities into plans.
• Develop concepts of support and courses of action; coordinate and document comprehensive plans.
• Provide situational awareness to Crisis Action Teams and current operations activities.
