Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Test & Evaluation (T&E) Technical Program Manager to support the Strategic Defense line. You will collaborate with program leadership, partners, and government contacts to shape test objectives and scenarios that drive engineering priorities.

As a key member of the T&E team, you will lead ground and flight test activities, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure rigorous test documentation and safety practices across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related technical field.
• Current Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
• 10+ years in technical program or project management or engineering leadership.
• Strong systems engineering or software development background.
• Ability to execute full test engineering process with minimal oversight.
• Experience delivering customer-facing test deliverables and reports.
• Experience as test conductor/director in test campaigns.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Determine approaches to achieve T&E goals, leading ground tests and hardware-in-the-loop activities.
• Coordinate testing at private and government test ranges for hardware/software systems.
• Deconflict internal test events across programs and efforts.
• Ensure safe operation and adherence to testing procedures.
• Work with Engineering to discuss results, data, and observations.
• Perform initial data analysis on systems under test.
• Support design/implementation of live-virtual-constructive test scenarios.
• Document procedures and results with detailed engineering reports.
• Conduct classified capability testing in unclassified settings with security controls.
• Integrate T&E processes throughout the program lifecycle.
