Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a dynamic Staff Test & Evaluation (T&E) Technical Program Manager to join the Strategic Defense team. You will coordinate test activities with government partners and internal teams, serving as the government point of contact and shaping test scenarios to guide engineering priorities.

This role emphasizes an iterative design-test-field-refine cycle, with potential involvement in both ground and flight tests as the team scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management, engineering management, engineering, or comparable skill, preferably supporting testing teams.
• Strong technical background with familiarity in systems engineering and/or software development.
• Experience producing customer facing test deliverables (test plans, test reports, data analysis, etc.) and demonstrated maturity to articulate deliverable to a variety of stakeholders.
• Experience as a test conductor, test director, or similar role while executing testing.
• Experience executing ground test campaigns in hardware and/or software integration lab environments, including stimulus generation and truth system integration.

Responsibilities

• determine and develop approaches to achieve T&E goals and guide completion of test activities with emphasis on hardware-in-the-loop lab-based ground tests.
• Coordinate and support execution of testing at private and government owned test ranges to test and evaluate hardware and software systems.
• Deconflict test events internally across Anduril programs and efforts.
• Be responsible for safe operation of all testing efforts, following procedures and practices.
• Work with Engineering to discuss test results, data, and observations.
• Collect and perform initial test data analysis for the system under test.
• Support the design and implementation of live-virtual-constructive (LVC) test scenarios to stress the system.
• Document test procedures and results, providing detailed reports for engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct testing of classified capabilities in an unclassified setting with customer and security teams.
